I am Vijayasri Shanmugam, Founder of SHA Innovative Technologies, with expertise in Computer Science, HR, and Cloud Solutions.
I began my career at C-DAC, Chennai as a Cloud Trainee, later expanding into HR & Admin at SUV International Pvt. Ltd.
Having faced challenges like job searches and career restarts, I understand the struggles of students and graduates.
This experience drives my vision to mentor students, empower women, and deliver HR & Cloud solutions.
Manager
I am P. Jhonpaul, and with strong experience in Soft Skills, Communication, and International Operations, I’m proud to bring my expertise to SHA Innovative Technologies as the Operations Manager.
My goal is to guide and mentor this young, passionate team — helping them build successful careers and grow across all departments.
Together, we aim to inspire innovation, creativity, and excellence, empowering the next generation to establish a strong foundation for their future.

I am Shakthi Murugan, a passionate VFX Editor and Creative Photographer with a Diploma in Information Technology. With expertise in photo and video editing, motion graphics, and on-field photography, I bring creativity and precision to every project at SHA Innovative Technologies.
